2016 so far...
January started with a bang as I released my first soundtrack, a collaboration with fellow composer Alex Ball, for Chris Landy's 'Pixel Soldier', which had it's world premiere at the London Short Film Festival. Alex and I made the soundtrack available on all digital stores as well as streaming sites such as Spotify. Here's the teaser trailer for your interest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eChO8od16Ws
February followed in similar fashion as I was approached to score an original animation by Russian Sister's Olga and Ira Ert. Both have won awards for previous animation for their unique artistic style. Their new film, 'The Lang Witch', promises great things. More on this in the coming months.
March is now almost over, but the one last bit of good news to share is that I successfully auditioned and was accepted into the fantastic South West UK based wedding band, The Shoo Flies, as their new guitarist/backing vocalist. There was some strong competiton for the role, but I was delighted to be picked. You can check out the band at the following link: http://www.theshooflies.com
Looking forward, my biggest news is that after years of research, saving and planning, building work is set to begin in the next month on my own music studio. Keep your eyes peeled for updates!
